SXKON Launches Next-Gen Detachable Container House: 48-Hour Factory-to-Site Solution Redefines Mobile Living
SXKON, the factory-direct brand known for engineering-grade mobile buildings, today announced the global release of its 2025 Detachable Container House series. Combining 14 years of on-site feedback from disaster-relief crews, oil-rig operators and remote-lodge developers, the new line is the first container home that can be fully assembled or disassembled by a four-person crew in under two hours without heavy machinery.
“Contractors told us they needed a unit that ships like flat-pack furniture yet outperforms permanent structures on insulation and wind load,” said Li Hao, SXKON’s lead structural engineer. “We redesigned every joint so the house can be moved six times in ten years and still meet the ISO 668 corner-post strength standard.”
Key engineering upgrades compared with 2024 models
• Plug-and-play MEP corridor — Pre-wired 220 V / 110 V switchable panel, PEX plumbing trunk and HVAC sleeve slide in as one cassette, cutting site hook-up from one day to 30 minutes.
• 360° thermal break — 60 kg/m³ fire-rated rock wool plus a 20 mm closed-cell PU gasket along every panel edge delivers 0.18 W/m²K wall U-value, outperforming most masonry homes.
• Typhoon-grade skeleton — 2.5 mm galvanized Q355B frame tested to 150 km/h wind loads; corner castings accept standard twist-lock cranes so the unit doubles as certified cargo during transport.
Real-world validation
In March 2025, Chile’s mining giant Codelco deployed 24 SXKON units at 3,200 m altitude in the Atacama Desert. After 90 operational days, internal temperature fluctuation stayed within 3 °C without active HVAC, and zero panel gaps were reported after a 7.1 magnitude quake.
Circular-economy design
All wall panels use 30 % recycled steel and are 100 % recyclable at end-of-life. A QR-coded aluminum data plate on each module stores material content and life-cycle CO₂ footprint, simplifying future recycling audits.
Availability
SXKON Detachable Container Houses are sold factory-direct in 20 ft and 40 ft footprints, with optional expandable mid-sections that add 15 m² in minutes. Lead time for a 50-unit order is 25 days, FOB Shenzhen. Full assembly manuals, CE/ASME certificates and third-party lab test reports are downloadable before purchase — a policy the company calls “trust by transparency.”
